The kit is made of 100% virgin polyethylene in a mottled grey color. It measures 130 feet in overall length, 7 mm (9/32 inch) in width, and 1.2 mm (3/64 inch) in thickness, weighing 250 grams (0.55 lbs).

The commercial-grade, UV-inhibited material is non-toxic and safe around children and pets. It is resistant to fading, cracking, and peeling, ensuring long-lasting use. With this easy DIY kit, you can save cost and time while fixing and reviving your patio furniture with a sleek, stylish look.

To repair your wicker furniture:

1. Identify the damaged wicker and assess the extent of the damage to determine how much replacement material you need.

2. Determine the material of your existing wicker, be it natural or synthetic plastic, and measure the size (width/thickness) to find a close match.

3. Carefully observe the original weave pattern, then start removing the damaged wicker strand by strand, cutting and pulling it out.

4. Thread the first replacement wicker strand into the furniture, starting from a less visible point. Gently weave it in and out, following the original pattern.

5. Leave at least two inches of extra length on one end, then trim the other end to overlap the loose end of the original wicker. Apply glue to both ends and tuck them beneath the perpendicular section, letting it dry for 15-30 minutes.

6. Repeat the trimming, weaving, and gluing process on the other loose ends. Refrain from using the furniture until the glue is fully cured.

7. Continue removing and replacing the other damaged wicker strands, replacing all in one direction before moving to the opposite direction.

Please note that the color of our plastic wicker may not be an exact match to your existing furniture. You can adjust the color by spray painting.
